Dééh (Navajo Tea), picked atop the bluffs of the San Juan River in & around Shiprock, NM. On Diné Bikeyah. Fine Navajo tea carefully blended with locally grown flavors to deliver a traditional tea with a rich taste and satisfying aroma. Harvest 2024.

Mint Blend: Spearmint sourced from the banks of the San Juan River, as well as from our garden. This tea is great hot or cold. A really good refresher during hikes. I like to mix in almond milk or oat milk when it's hot.

Sage Blend: Wild Ts'ah or Sagebrush, from the base of the Chuska Mountains in Arizona where my grandpa grew up. A mildly bitter tea that transports you to those very mountains. A great medicinal tea that helps when you are feeling under the weather. It pairs very well with honey.

Lavender Blend: Lavender sourced from an organic farm/shop in Durango, Colorado. Very calm & relaxing tea. Definitely like to sip this when I'm doing office work and when I'm reading. I have yet to find a good pairing, so let me know your thoughts.

Lemongrass Blend: Lemongrass newly sourced from our garden and an organic farm/shop in Durango, Colorado. This is such a refreshing tea. Good for hydrating through the day. Naturally sweet & legit tastes like Froot Loops.

Dandelion Root Blend: Dandelion Root sourced from a local tea ingredient shop in Durango, Colorado. A very nutty & earthy flavor.

Hibiscus Blend: Our whole flowers are sourced from an Indigenous organic farm from the Iipay Nation in Southern California. We were blessed to be shared this amazing plant with an aspiring herbalist from her nation. Hibiscus is loaded with so many benefits including being a great source of antioxidants & a remedy in lowering cholesterol.

Base tea Variety:

Dééh (Navajo Tea), also known as Greenthread or Thelesperma

"The Navajo have used Navajo Tea medicinally for centuries, turning to the brew to alleviate joint pain, calm upset stomachs, and promote healthy kidney function. Modern research shows why this may have had success over the years: Thelesperma contains the flavonoid Luteolin, which boasts natural anti-inflammatory properties."
